Contact Details: Name, partner’s name, email addresses, and phone numbers.
Wedding Details: Information about Your event, such as the date, city, state, and estimated budget, used to find Professionals with the right availability and pricing.
Professional Business Information: Business details and billing information required for membership. Payment processing is handled securely by Our third-party processor, Stripe.
Automated Technical Information: We use Google, Meta and TikTok Pixels and cookies to collect standard derivative data, such as IP addresses and browser types, to improve Our website performance and advertising efforts.
2. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
To provide our matching service, We share Your information as follows:
To Professionals: When a Couple submits a request, their data is shared with one or more Professionals. If a match fails or additional services are needed, information may be shared with subsequent Professionals.
Professional Responsibility: Once shared, the Professional is an independent controller of that information. They agree to comply with current advertiser privacy policies.
By Law: We may share information to comply with legal obligations.
3. SMS PRIVACY (TCR/A2P COMPLIANCE)
To fulfill your matching request, EWS shares contact information with matched Professionals. However: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. INFORMATION SECURITY & RIGHTS
We retain Your information as long as necessary to provide our services. You have the right to request a copy of Your information, request deletion, or opt-out of marketing at any time. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA to request information disclosure.
5. PROMOTIONS AND DATA USAGE
From time to time, EWS offers promotional vendor credits to couples who use Our matching services. By submitting Your information, You are entered to receive service credits (e.g., $1,000, $500, or $300) redeemable toward specific wedding photography or videography packages with participating partnered professionals. Credits are applied as a discount toward a signed service contract; no purchase is necessary to enter, but a booking is required to utilize the credit. Winners are selected based on vendor availability and matching criteria. These promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta. Data collected for promotions is handled in accordance with ‘HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION’ (Section 2) of this policy.
