These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern Your use of the Elavita Wedding Solutions (“EWS”) website and matching services. By accessing our site or submitting a form, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
- THE SERVICE
- EWS is a facilitator that connects engaged couples (“Couples”) with wedding service providers (“Professionals”). EWS is not a service provider, nor do we employ the Professionals in our network. We are not a party to any contract entered into between a Couple and a Professional.
- USER RULES
- Couples: By submitting a request, You authorize EWS to share Your wedding details with Professionals to fulfill Your request. There is no fee for Couples to be matched.
- Professionals: Professionals pay a monthly fee to be included in the network. This fee is non-refundable. Membership does not guarantee lead conversion.
- Contests: Any contests or giveaways are subject to specific rules provided at entry. Entering does NOT guarantee a prize. EWS may cancel or modify contests at any time.
- COMMUNICATION & SMS
- By providing Your phone number, You agree to receive SMS/text messages from EWS and matched Professionals regarding Your wedding inquiries. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- EWS is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising out of the interaction between Couples and Professionals. This includes, but is not limited to, service failures, property damage, or personal injury. Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
- GOVERNING LAW
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sarasota, Florida.
